Grant grew up in LaGrange Park, Illinois before heading to Olivet Nazarene University where he graduated with a degree in music with an emphasis in music ministry. He has a deep passion to serve the Lord and show others who Jesus is through music both inside and outside the church. While he’s usually singing, playing guitar, or playing keys on Sunday mornings, he is a gigging trumpet player that performs throughout the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana region as a part of many commercial bands involving anything from jazz to pop/rock to classical. While his favorite thing to talk about is Jesus, he also loves to talk sports, music theory, and any genre of music you could possibly think of.
Outside of the church and music, Grant enjoys playing in both a men’s weekly soccer and disc golf league, playing golf, enjoying nature, and watching his beloved Green Bay Packers, Liverpool FC, and Chicago Cubs.
